We allow you to request a refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving the product. All returned products must be in good condition and have their original packaging and all accessories included. We want to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase of tents and sleeping bags! - Return Conditions
The product must be unused and unwashed at the time of return request.
All original packaging, labels, and accessories must be returned with the product.
Return requests must be made within 30 days of receiving the product and should include valid proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation email. - Refund or Exchange Request Process

Obtain Return Authorization: Our customer support team will provide you with return authorization and send you the return address and instructions.
Packaging: Please repackage the product to be returned to ensure it is not damaged during shipping.
Sending: Follow the instructions to send the product back to the designated return address. Please keep your mailing receipt for future reference.

Pending Processing: We will process your refund or exchange request within 5-7 business days of receiving the return. The refund will be processed through the original payment method, and you will receive a confirmation email upon completion. - Refund Processing Time
Once we receive your returned product and confirm that it meets the refund criteria, we will process your refund request immediately. Refund processing time is typically 3-5 business days, depending on your bank or payment service provider. - Additional Notes
For personal hygiene reasons, opened sleeping bags cannot be returned unless there is a quality issue.
Please contact us immediately upon receiving the goods in case of damage or loss during transportation so that we can handle it according to our relevant policies.
